Credit card False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Illinois

I took out a 18 months zero percent interest by - name change. I sign loan with - company. They sent loan to Wells Fargo and they set payments low so i could'nt pay off in 18 months. I 'm a senior and did n't realize this. Until 18 months was sent bill i owe - company still - and Wells Fargo - interest. Please help me to understand this. Im just confused. Need Help!
