We have a bill for - that was turned into Receivables Performance Management they have been calling me continuously I have spoke to someone from there 5 times and have told them I would pay - a week beginning - - and they continue to keep calling they tell me they have it taken care of and then I get another call saying they show no arrangement or whatever. I got a call last night and again today the one today said that I had to give them my debit card information in order for an arrangement to be done I told them I will not give them that information this was also the first time anyone from there has told me that so they said the phone calls would continue. I feel I am being harassed by this company I have tried to make arrangements to settle the debt they tell me they have it done but continue to call me and it 's the same thing everytime also I dont have to give someone my debit card information to make arrangements on a bill. I 'm tired of the constant phone calls and the stress of it all and I feel something needs to be done with this company
