The firm Pressler and Pressler violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act when it caused my joint bank accounts to be levied. The debtor owns none of the money in the account - or only has funds in it that can not be levied at all, like social security or - payments. My wife incurred credit card debts prior to marrying myself. Only my wife was a debtor obligated, obligated to respond to, Pressler and Pressler.
