Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank purchased the BP Visa Card program and raised my interest rate to over 27 % on outstanding balance and purchases. I called customer service to request some explanation and a lower rate and they said they can do nothing. I am in a position where it is difficult to pay the balance right now, but I seem to be stuck paying a huge portion of my payment each month to interest.
