Hello on - - 2016 we purchased - round trip tickets from a travel agent called - for travel date of - - from - to - and then to - and to return on the - of - - and then - when we reached the airport for our return flight they would not let us on the flight saying we were never supposed to be sold these tickets we waited for the time difference and called the agent he said he will take care of it he later said he booked us on - no mention of any charges and why would there be any? its his mistake when i got back on sat we found out he had called our daughter that night and told here that those tickets where around $2400.00 which we never authorized he asked me for the credit card number i used to buy the original tickets so i did a dispute with wells fargo they took the info and i called monday to confirm they said that they couldnt talk to me till the primary on the card gave them authorization to talk to me which he did then they gave me 3 diffrent stories the final one is that the can only dispute the portion of the sale that i didnt use i tried to explain to them that i bought - round trip tickets for - not - - - the difference i did not authorize the - and just thought he put us with another air line i agreed with and purchased - round trip tickets for - wells fargo should protect their clients from theft fraud or crocked merchents which in this case they are protecting the con artist
