PayPal credit open an account for me and there was an immediate charge of $82.00. I called over 3 times to try to get an answer for why this was done to no avail. I cancelled the credit line and did sign an affadavit. I was told very nastily that I better pay this amount plus a finance charge and $25.00 late few. I see that they have paid you a fine of $25.00 -. I think that they are up to their old tricks. Account number that has been cancelled I hope.
