Eastern Account Systems and - - - are negatively reporting on my credit report with - in the amount of $390.00. I filed police report # - and Report # - regarding identity theft that occurred in - TN with the - - Police Department. I have provided a police report, affidavit, and lease agreement where I resided in - TN at the time of the ID Theft. I have presented this information to both - and Eastern Account Systems. When I spoke to the Id Theft Department for Unauthorized Charges at - they were unaware of Eastern Account Systems reporting to - and explained that Eastern Account Systems should not be reporting. I have submitted information on more than - occasion and disputed information with - and Eastern Account Systems continues to report that I owe $390.00. I attempted to have cable services installed through - on - - and they canceled my installation appointment without notice after I took off from my job. They gave me a new appointment then after having cable for 3 days they then disconnected my services because of the unauthorized charges from someone in - TN in - and -. I do not owe - or Eastern Account Systems any money. I have lost time from my job and wages because of this as well a major blemish to my credit report for several years.
