I received a payday loan from Check and Go and had an emergency and had to pay the fees and asked to borrow more money. - times I spoke to a representative they told me that I could make payments at any time, not just on the next pay-day. I asked this question specifically, and they told me yes, I could make payments before the due date. When I attempted to do this, I was told I could not do it. Each time that the finance fees were charged, the loan just exponentially got bigger and bigger. I feel like they took advantage of me when I was down and now they are calling from a company called - and telling me I am going to be sued. I told them that I would have to make payments and asked a few questions and the representative from the claims department started yelling at me. They are going to serve me with papers and take me to court and they told me that I did n't have to be there and that they would get a judgment against me for over $3000.00 and garnish my wages. The loan was for -, but now it is approximately $1700.00. I do n't think this is fair and I think that they lie to applicants. Please help m e.
