I was in good standing, had some financial problems after a few deaths in the family, called asked for a deferred payment since I only owed less than $200.00 ( - more payments ) and I was n't even 1/2 through the class was told ok but they took it out of my acct any way putting my account in the negative, when I called again and asked why it happened I was cursed out, called all types of names and that I do n't want to pay. So I cancelled from credit union that they can no longer withdraw funds from my account, then that followed with more threatening phone calls until I had my number changed. Have received settlement letters with reduced price, but I wasnt even taking the class anymore and had only - more payments, if they would have deferred just - payment like they had agreed, instead of costing me more money in overdraft fees, I could have paid the next - payments and finished the class. I paid way more than the materials and lessons I received. I even tried to tell them I would pay if I was aloud to finish the class, but that was before I was called names and receiving the threatening calls.
