I received a letter in the mail from Pressler and Pressler, claiming I owe a balance of $890.00. I directly disputed this last year with the - credit bureaus and it was removed. They are still harassing me claiming that I owe them this money and if it is not received they will attempt to garnish my income and any money in a bank I may have. This information had been removed from my credit reports as of last year, and I no longer was responsible for it. These people went so far as to send a suspicious person to my home last year to " serve '' me court documents. I have never received an official judgement or court appearance notice in the mail from the actual courthouse, and again this was removed from my credit report. I want these people to send me a written apology and I do not wish to receive any further communication from these bullies.
