REf # - Portfolio Recovery. The creditor filed an illegal law suit against me and was issued a judgment based on fraudulent information. The creditor had/has no proof that they even own the debt in question. Further the affidavit confirming the amount of the debt owed was " robo-signed '' fraudulently and the actual amount of the debt was never actually verified as required by law.
