On - -, 2016, I received the attached letter in the mail from American Credit Acceptance, dated - -, 2016. The letter states that American Credit Acceptance received a credit application from - - - on my behalf. This letter is some type of fraud or scam! I have n't submitted an application to - - - this year. The letter also states that it ran my credit via -. I checked my - credit report, and Thankfully, as of today, there is no evidence that American Credit Acceptance accessed my - credit report. Also, this letter states totally inaccurate information regarding the status of my credit. I have never done business with American Credit Acceptance. I want a copy of the credit application and the - credit report that is referred in the attached letter. I have selected " Taking out the loan or lease '' as the closest appropriate option for this compliant. There is not an option that describes my complaint since this issue is in regards to a loan application that I did n't submit!! Thanks for your assistance!
