Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Oregon

I am writing to dispute the following information in my file. I have been trying to obtain my credit score since I was - years old, but have been rejected by - banks due to my unique mononym name -. It is my birth given name as filed on the Civil Registry and as seen on my enclosed birth certificate, on my Oregon Driver 's license, Passport, and my Debit Card at - - - -. On - -, -, I joined the Bank `` - - - - '' and got a secured credit card which later became a regular card on - -, -. I was told that after one year, I would have a credit score. I have Given now MULTIPLE times to ALL the Credit Bureau 's ( Equifax , -, - ) all of these enclosures. Oregon Driver 's license, Passport, Credit Card Payback History, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, supporting my position. Please reinvestigate this these matters and correct the disputed items as


I attached a New Document showing how The Problem was Never addressed and Gave me the ( Run Around Yet Again )!!! Equifax never sent me anything like they said, and what I was TOLD by You! Please have them Contact me! -- Please for the Love of God, Help Me!!!! I 'm - years old and I Need this for my Life!
