This is almost a 3 year old problem. I was told it was n't a legal loan, and they ca n't collect it, nor do I remember it. They have threatened to take legal action, several times. Called today 6 times, then I answer a local number and told they receive page work to have me arrest by other party was given 24 hours, that - felony charges was to be filed on me tomorrow. This was - mins after they email my sister - -, I said no during the call last week, he said he want to talk to my sister and I said no, he said he was going to call. Called local DA and was told to contact you. 1. I asked for some proof 3 years ago. Repeated calls, send email to my sister with all info and she was asked to sign it. I was yell at not allow to say - words. Call on -/-/- or -/-/- told they had a SS ATM card demanded I give it to them. There is no way legally they could know that. Told them I did n't and only a saving account that they could n't


be put on it. They asked if I had one I said yes but NO MONEY WAS ON IT. I was threaten again I told him I could give him one but no money was on it. They caused - dollars worth of damage to my bank account 3 years causing return fees, bills not paid and ACH run daily racking up fees on me. I 'm told those are hot checks. I 'm on - and they ca n't garnish it, which did cause a garnish of a federal bill because they were cleaning out my account. I 'm still trying to dig myself out. I was asked if I owned a house, I said no, I do not own a house. His name is -. 2 years ago after I asked for proof never heard another word until last week.
