I contacted Eastern Account Systems and advised them that the account obtained by them from - - was a result of identity theft. The account was previously with - - - and they voided the account as a result the account was removed. The first representative i spoke with advised me to send my former complaint with CFPB. The second representative wasnt helpful at all and told me SHE could not clear the account. The service address for the account is somewhere I have never lived. I gave NO ONE my authorization to obtain a - account in my name. I also was out of the country training for my job when the account was opened and obtained the account. I am also mailing the " present '' collection agency an identity theft affidavit notarized, my dispute letter, and a copy of this complaint.
