PayPal closed my accounts and refused to reverse - unauthorized transactions. My mom used my - account to pay for her bill with - but forgot to add her own debit card. This resulted in - unauthorized transactions in the total of $ -. I talked to - and they 're ok to have my bank pull the funds back or they can issue me the check but it wo n't cover service fees from - and suggested that I talk to my bank. I did and they said according to the user agreement that I signed when I opened the accounts. I agreed that I will not share any information with anyone. And their definition of 'Unauthorized Transaction ' states clearly that transaction that the user did n't get the benefit from will be count as an unauthorized transaction. I filed a complaint with - but they could n't do anything. Other info : - Acc # - [ obtained from - ] Transaction # [ obtained from - ] 1. - -/-/2016 $1200.00 2. - -/-/2016 $1500.00
