J.H. Portfolio is trying to collect on a debt from - that I paid through a debt consolidation company. I mailed J.H. Portfolio a letter attached with a statement from the consolidation company showing a - balance for -. I called J.H. Portfolio on - - - and they confirmed that they received my letter and statement from the debt consolidation company and they said they would research the complaint but I have not heard from J.H. Portfolio. I 've disputed this charge three times with - - -, -, - - and - - - to no avail. I want the charge of $960.00 off all of my credit reports.
