Enova International, Inc. Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease Tennessee
I guess the sales person was so positive in getting me to take the loan, I ignorantly did n't read the fine print of the -. Of course they told me they were moving to these things called " Flex Loans '' due to possible future legislation over payday loans. Well having - ( I have - - insurance policies that are about good for nothing I 've learned ), I needed money fast because many dentists now expect payment up front and will send you any insurance reimbursements that come through after the work is done. I 'm a somewhat typical American living on $23000.00 a year at age - after a - put me out of a - a year job for 9 years and now nobody wants someone that long out of work and at my now obvious age. Anyway, I took the loan to help pay for the dental repair, but by the - statement, I was in for a shock. This company, CashNetUSA sends a monthly statement, wherein, for example, the statement last month showed the principle owed on this $800.00 loan was NOT listed ( except
call ) " loan fee '' which for the month in question amounted to an additional $140.00. What in the world is a " loan fee? '' Just a fancy name for the rest of the interest they charge? The total monthly amount due was $190.00. Now this " loan fee '' thing is indeed a monthly charge. What exactly is it? Also, it seems the more I try to pay off what I owe, the deeper in the hole ( a little at a time ) I seem to be getting. What is this " wonderful '' new alternatative to payday loans except a way to avoid upcoming legislation regarding the way pay day loans loach people deeper and deeper into poverty, AND a new trick loan idea for the seriously underpaid of the " new economy. '' You know, the one where if we pay the super rich more, they 'll turn around and " share the wealth '' with us. Ever known a Republican willing to " share the wealth? '' Me either. Is what they are doing legal? Is the way they are doing it legal? This " Flex Loan '' thing seems to be growing like a cancer but on my wages, with my bill and family responsibilities, get a standard consumer loan? Forget it. Thanks for any help
