I paid Omega RRC for a debt they said I owed for - - -, however, - - - closed and I am not able to use the services or have services provided prior to their closing. I paid Omega over $2500.00 so that they would n't ruin my credit as they were threatening to do so. I called Omega and explained the situation and they supervisor - said that I should continue to call - - which the line is busy -. I paid Omega travel on - via - - the balance they stated we owed. Omega collected on a company that is closed, the - also states they are out of business and Omega has n't been able to send us documentation that the amount was owed. I feel we received NOTHING for the money we paid Omega so we should receive our funds back from them. Any assistance you can help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
