Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Communication tactics Called after sent written cease of comm California
I received a letter from First National Collection Bureau Inc alleging that I owe a debt. I do not owe any debt to First National Collection Bureau - Inc., - - - - -, or - -. I had already sent - - - a cease and desist letter previously through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for which I have a copy in writing. Now I have been contacted by First National Collection Bureau on behalf of - - - - - which is a flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. I do n't owe the alleged debt they are referring to, in addition the alleged debt is past the statute of limitations. I do n't want any further communication in any form by First National Collection Bureau, - - - - -, or anyone on behalf of them. Their continuous communication after sending them a cease and desist letter is a flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and it is causing me severe emotional distress for an alleged debt I do n't owe. Their continued communications is considered harassment.
