GMA Investments, LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action Wisconsin

They call every day and threaten to call my employer 's payroll department and take legal action or serve me with papers. they call my cell phone and/or work phone. They do not identify the debt nor Have I ever worked with this company before. I did not receive any written notification in the mail from them with information on this debt they claim I owe. They also call my mothers house every day on her home phone and tell her she has a bad check and needs to pay or they will serve her with legal action. My mother does not even write checks except for her rent/electric. She has not bounced a check in 10 years or more probably. We do everything online. I currently live with my mother but never list her home phone on anything.
