I rented an apartment and kept getting sick along with my daughter, and my granddaughter. I asked the management about mold and they swore up and down it was n't any mold and they stated no, the doctor told me I had to get it removed or I had to move. I had to send a sample to the lab and it came back - kinds of mold including -, I told management and they denied it up and down even though I almost died. I moved and had to secure another place to live. I shared this information with the Management and they said I had to pay them $3400.00 I did not owe them anything I as well as my family almost died and they forwarded all of my personal non-public information to CARTER YOUNG, INC. and they are reporting on all - of my Credit reports this is IDENTITY THEFT and I did not give them permission to contact me pursuant to 15USC1692c and they feel as if I owe them when they owe me for almost killing me moving my family into a mold infested place to live. This is definitely 16CFR603.2 and these CORPORATIONS are going to have to stop this bad behavior, if more CONSUMERS say something this non-sense will stop. I do not feel as if I have to die to stay in somewhere there is mold and I have the proof they moved me into a bad moldy situation and should talk with people about moving into that bad place but I have been cool and calm. This is just bad business, no matter who is doing this I am a woman and do not have to be subjected to this.
