After numerous attempts, Suntrust and its assigns, -, -, continue to report a charge off on a student loan that was refunded in FULL. I have obtained supporting documents from the university that express without doubt that Suntrust is erroneously reporting a charge off to the credit bureaus, -, - & -. I am requesting that any and all reference to this account be removed. Please see attachment.
