Hello i bought a used car from a used car dealer in - T- on saturday -/-/- The car is a -. I test drove it before and it did ok just a few things wrong with it. The steering wheel shacked after - and the car was a little slow of moving about regardless of the revolutions that the engine was on which i tought was. ecause of turbo lag ... and the service airbad prompt and oilchange notification on the dash was on.


He said to me that it was ok that he would have to tires allighned and balanced so that it would stop shacking. As far as the airbag light i told him that he might not get it to pass inspection for that reason in which his response was nah these guys i know will make it pass the state inspection one way or another because they like their money. So ileft him the car at the lot so he could have it ready the following day ince he was gon na go get it allighned. I gave this guy - down a - that was on its last leg which he game me - for it and i still owe him another - dollars down and i have 45 days to pay it. But theres no paper or promissary note stating that. Now for the financing he told the agency that i had given him - dollars down and adjusted the price on the car to make it seem like i had payed for more than 20 % of the car value so that they could approve my bad credit. The car was priced at - but on the purchase order he put it was - i guess to make it seem like i had give - instead of - but i didnt agree to that i guess he did it to push the sale through ... The next day i sighned all the paperwork and turned in the keys to the -. So i drove of the lot to a gas station - miles down the road with a shacking steering wheel still ... i called him while i Filled her up and told him the steering wheel still shaked and he said that yeah all they were able to do was a tire rotation and balancing that they didnt get around to aligne the car because it was saturday and all tire shops closed at - so they were out of time so he asked me to bring it back tuesday so he can finish that off.so i drove home another - miles. I parked it and didnt touch it till later that night when i had to go to work. The car started up normally same lights on same condition after a minute or - of letting it idle and warmup i put it in gear and tried to drive off and nothing the engine just revved but the car wouldnt move and now there was this really strong smell of burning clutch. So i figured fml this cars clutch is completely done 100 % i sent him a polite text to his personal phone a couple of minutes later that night telling him the problem and if he could return my call when he got a chance. The car Has been sitting in my driveway for 2 days havent been able to move it. Havent even tried. Today is monday im gon na wait to see if they open today since its - and talk to him and tell him whats going on but in case the answer is no im sol. What do you guys think are my options.i initialled the sold " as is '' form didnt sign it so idk if that counts. And the bank that financed the vehicle is supposed to call and interview me tomorrow tuesday - - to see if all of the information that the carlot provided is accurate and true. The dealership rep asked me to not say anything about the - dollars down that i gave or the car or the other - that i still owe just to say i gave him - dollars down so what can i do now?
