I was not sent a final bill after I canceled my - account as I was told they would do so I could pay the remaining balance, they never sent a final bill nor did they send someone out to pick up their equipment and tried to make me pay for it, I finally got them to pick up the equipment but still was denied a final bill instead they sent to collections, I was just notified by - when I checked my credit, I immediately called and made full payment ( still without a bill ) payment confirmation number is -. Please remove this collection from my report immediately. Thank you
