Checking account Using a debit or ATM card North Carolina

I lost my Wells Fargo debit card, thought I had misplaced it. I logged on today and saw deposits being made into my account from - ( I live in - ). I immediately stopped into my local branch to freeze the card & inform them of the ATM deposits I saw online. Well, guess what? They advised me my account would be closed on - - and after their investigation I can recoup any funds left in my account! I am a - Veteran and victim here! I told Wells Fargo I lost my card and was the one that brought the out-of-state activity to their attention! My local banker tried to rally for me but the person on the other line ( corporate? ) would not budge, even when he pleaded that they were about to make a - homeless! I am sick to my stomach because my VA - posts tomorrow and I have to pay my rent, electric, phone bill, insurance, car note, etc. but Wells Fargo does not care! They advertise how " Veteran Friendly '' they are but we all know how the big banks do nothing but look out for themselves and destroy the lives of thousands of their customers that put their trust in them to do the right thing. I argued with family & friends that I should give Wells Fargo my business ... I should have heeded their objections.
