On Thursday - -, 2016 I received a call on my cell phone at - from number -. I answered the phone and the party on the other side said hey it 's -. I replied stating who, he said again this is - from Alpine Credit, I asked what the call was in relation to and he said he had a few bills in his hands. I asked him for who as I am not aware of Alpine Credit. He said I have a few medical bills here for - - that need to get paid. I asked again who are the bills for he said you I think yea you - -. I let him know I am not aware of any relationship to this company and to please send me a copy of the billing so I can look into this. He asked if I was at an old address still from 7 years ago that raised more concern. I looked up the firm on the Colorado site and they had no current license so I called the state attorney general 's office and - had informed me that they use Alpine Credit Inc, but are now part of - now. On - -, in the mail I received a letter stating this is my debt validation with a crudely crafted print out of some billing amounts and a card attached from -. I have sent as of - -, 2016 the letter with copies of the items they sent requesting a clear and concise list of items to verify this debt and the ability they have to collect bearing any signature guarantee on my part.
