Amex Credit card department,
I have been with American Express for 15 years and paying them every month my dues. One of my cards was American express - which was canceled by American express on - -, 2016 since they ended their contract with - and transferred my balance to - Card without my authorization! Without asking me anything! Not only that but I never received any written agreement from - - that I could read or view my benefits! I never signed any agreement with - card! I never activated any - card! I am not interested in - card or any other credit card besides American express! No one legally can force me to go with - card! And legally speaking since I never signed anything and never activated any card with - card! I do not owe them anything! Already since Sunday - -, 2016 since - pm until now I am calling everyone include corporate office at - and no one ever called me back. On Monday - -, 2016 at - I spoke with " - - '' Ext - - from the executive department and I explained her that I am refusing to accept - card and if
the executive department I explained him the same thing I told " - '' from hid department and after he got my information he was aware I spoke to " - - '' and he told me that she passed my information to other team members and " - - '' ID : - She is the a signed person on my case and he is going to leave her a note to call me. On Tuesday - -, 2016 still no one called me so I called to the same corporate number to and " - - '' ID : - and left her a voice mail to call me back, but still no one call me! And again today Wednesday - -, 2016 I called again to and " - - '' ID : - and left her another voice mail to call me -! But no one call me! So I called again to corporate to get help but instead they hang up on me! I spoke to at least - people from American Express all promise and none help! All are talking but doing nothing! And here are my concerns! By - -, 2016 I have to make my payment like every month to American Express! But since they sold my debt to - -, they cancelled my Amex - card and I do not have any access to it online or on the phone! I do not even have new - - since I shredded it because I 'm not interesting adding or going with - Card! And - - are the worst service Amex I do not hold any other credit card and not interested in any other card! I do not even have any account number with - - and they never sent me anything! But, technically in - - mind they have my debt and may think I have to pay them! Which I am not! So they will go and report nonpayment on my credit card to ruin my credit history and all this not in my fault! But American Express that transferred my debt to - - without letting me knows without me signing nothing! And also it is - - fault since they never sent me any agreement to view my benefits or sign! I already made it very clear to American Express corporate and customer service that if they will not provide me with a replacement card to pay my bills! I have no way to pay them! And I am not going to deal or pay to - -! And if - - will report me to the credit bureau for nonpayment! I will assure American Express a Class Legal Action against them for - Dollars! Because what they do is against the law! And legally no one ever will force me to accept any card I am not interested! So, please help me resolve this! And I am letting you know before someone will try blaming me and ruin my credit!
