The original creditor, - - - - maliciously reported a fraudulent account to National Credit Systems -/-/2013. - - and I ( - - ) moved out -/-/2013. On our move out date the ledger proves that not only was there a - balance with - - - - but we never missed a payment or was late and we also received our deposit back from them. We did n't have the best relationship with their staff, mind you, they were very rude people and treated residents as if we were inferior. 4 months later - - -, who has managed - - - - for the past 4+ years, reported that - and I allegedly owed $550.00. Because - and I have lived in the same place for the past 3 years, we had no clue that this was even on

I visited - to pull my record and ledger to have them fax it over to National Credit Systems. - ( - - - ) informed me in person that they had no record of me ever living there but it was a joint account and she could pull up - 's. NOTE : They deleted me from the account because we had a dispute. - ( office manager ) would not print anything with my name until I brought the lease the next day that they lied and said they did n't have. However their corporate office insists that they do on recording. Once the lease was presented, she then faxed a letter head to NCS stating that they had no rental history on record for - - to National Credit Systems. - and I still have the lease we signed. National Credit Systems also has this lease ( they use as validation of alleged debt ) because it was sent to them by -. Since - would not grant me anything in writing stating that I lived there and did n't ever owe a balance, this was not sufficient enough for the debt collector ( National Credit Systems ) to delete the file. The ledger showing - balance was also not enough. - - of NCS insisted that - was under " NEW '' management although they are not. He explained that because they are allegedly under new management, this is why they do not have my old records. However, - 's name is still on the account there from when we lived there. My name is the only name deleted although it is on the lease. - - of National Credit Systems was very rude and wanted to loudly speak over me anytime I tried to explain this. When I decided that I no longer wanted to speak with this person, they continued to transfer me to him and he changed his name to - - as if I did n't realize I was speaking to the same person. He lied on his - report stating that they are not - in the same because he knows that he broke the FDCPA but they are the same. " - - '' had me send an email to --, which is - - work email. I have both the email that was sent and the phone call was recorded. - - - at - has lied exceedingly to cover this up. - - aka - - at National Credit Systems is also going through great lengths to keep this on my credit as well. I have a meeting with my attorney in the morning and will be pursuing further legal action against both parties in their administrative and personal capacity.
