Name : - - Address : - - Al - PH - There was a credit balance on my card ( citi bank owes me $53.00. ) I was owed this money for - months and citi did not take any steps to refund me. Citi sent me blank check, I used - check to get my funds Citi was illegal holding without interest. I wrote a check for the amount $53.00 and deposit it to my account. Citi paid the check but charged me a fee of $5.00. There was no notice or info on the check that a fee would be charged. I want Citi to refund me the fee of $5.00 and interest for holding my money $53.00. I called Citi customer service on -/-/2016 but citi refused to refund me the $5.00. Solution : I want Citi to refund me the $5.00 and appropriate interest for holding my fund.
