On -/-/2016 I filed a complain through CFPB against RPM for reporting a collection on my credit report. The original creditor was - and after paying a debt that I owed, - informed me that this account would not be listed anywhere on my credit report, but it was showing on my credit report as a collection. After filing a complaint with CFPB, Receivables Performance Management LLC responded to me with the following statement. " Upon receipt of this complaint, RPM contacted - who confirmed that the account was properly placed for collection and had since been paid in full. - has requested that RPM remove the account tradeline as a courtesy to - -. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and resolve it to - - 's satisfaction. If you have questions regarding RPM 's handling of this matter or if I may be of further assistance to - - please contact me directly at ( - ) -. Very Truly Yours, - - - General Counsel '' It has been over 30 days and this company still has NOT removed this item from my - report. I am trying to close on a home loan and this collection showing on my report is affecting me tremendously. I have attached documentation from both - and RPM of where this item should have been removed.
