Credit Collection Services ( CCCS ) appeared on my credit report. This debt is coming from - -. I have n't been given the chance to dispute as each call received or made to this creditor the representatives are only interested in me paying balance. I have tried to discuss and advise them I do not understand why I owe balance and the reply is always " this debt is non negotiable and this is the amount needed to be paid ''. I do not feel I owe - this balance as I inquired a new, different policy within few days after my due date. This collection agency has ruined my credibility. I feel victimized and helpless.
