In -/-/-, I received an collection letter from - - - at - - - -, - - -, - -. I called the phone number - asking about this collection letter for $2000.00. - - stated it was for Maintenance fee for - - -. I told him that this debt was n't mine. They gave me the address in - and my daughter and I went to - - - with the letter. - - - said they do not show a timeshare in my name nor ever had my name on a timeshare with them. They said do not pay this debt collection since it was n't a valid debt collection. This bad collection account was put on my credit report in -/-/- and was removed in -/-/-. I started getting collection phone calls, I reported the harassing phone calls to the police. The Police Chief said to change my phone number. So I changed my phone number. My new phone number is under my daughter 's name and how they got the phone number I do not know. The calls have started back today -. I received in the mail dated -/-/- another collections notice from OMEGA RMS. llc Moving forward - - - - - - - - -, - - Phone Number -. And now they want $4800.00. The statute of limitation in - is - years. Enough is Enough. I want the harassing letters and phone calls to stop.
