Credit card False statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount
Wells Fargo & Company Debt collection department,
Credit card False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount California
Wells Fargo Bank is deliberately re-aging a Line Of Credit ( LOC ) account on credit file by falsely reporting to the CRAs. Wells Fargo has removed the account history from credit file and continues to provide false data for DOFD to the CRAs by reporting this account recently went into a derogatory status -/-/-, ( date of Chapter - Bankruptcy filing ), and -/-/-. The DOFD ( Date Of First Delinquency ) on this account is - -. This account tradeline meets criteria to be removed from credit file and should no longer be reported to the CRAs, as it has been - years since DOFD. Additionally, this account was included in Chapter - Bankruptcy - years after DOFD, discharged in - - yet Wells Fargo placed charges/adjustments on this account AFTER they were informed of Chapter - filing ( - - and - - respectively ). This illustrates a pattern by Wells Fargo of deliberately violating the FCRA and shall be sufficient to compel removal of this tradeline from credit file. This complaint shall serve as official record noting that the data furnisher ( Wells Fargo ) is providing inaccurate data to CRAs, per Experian, Wells Fargo validated in - - that the account DOFD is -/-/- which is false ( official Wells Fargo Account History Report and - official Wells Fargo letters dating back to - are attached ). Wells Fargo also continues to update the status of this delinquency monthly on - and - credit files by re-aging the " last reported '' date, including comments on the tradeline that this account is " Included in Chapter - Bankruptcy as of & lt ; current month, current year & gt ; ''. This in turn pushes out the " date of removal '' for the CRAs to - years from each update which has been occurring monthly since I filed disputes with the CRAs. The TRUE DOFD for this account is -, -/-/-, not -/-/- or -/-/-.
