Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I rented a car in -, through - - -, - - -, for - days. The vehicle was in terrible condition that it stranded my family in the middle of a - with - persons in the car. I returned the car to the agency after - days of use and they stamped my receipt as - days of use. Wells Fargo bank listened to the merchant and betrayed me, by paying the merchant all - days, although I only used the car - days. They listened to the merchant unjustly and sided with them. My life and my family 's life was placed in danger with this irresponsible merchant and now Wells Fargo 's lack of training of its Customer Service reps, did not look at the facts and lazily did not take into consideration the pictures, letters and docs that I sent them.
