Pro Collect listed fees as debt for an apartment that was vacated. This apartment complex was paid in full at the time of the lease termination. We have repeatedly advised them that this debt is incorrect and we have been provided no right to dispute nor have we been provided with the original debtor 's information, which we need becuase they sold the complex. We have receipts showing where the debt was paid and Pro collect will not provide us with any information so we can dispute. The manager refused to send me a copy of the notice stating he already sent it once to the wrong address and he declared he does n't have to do it again and said he did n't care about our credit or if we paid the debt.
