Improper use of my credit report Report shared with employer w/o consent New York

I just checked my credit score on - and my score on transunion has gone down again. There have been inquires added to my report which I do not understand as I have not applyed for credit. Some of these inquiries that were put on are from the year 2015 how is this possible? I am complaining because I am trying to obtain credit and I am very concious on paying my bills and keeping my credit report accurate. There are disputes I have pending with all - credit reporting company 's however how does transunion add - inquires on my report that they claim were done in the year 2015? this is affecting my score in a negative way and I am very upset how they get away with this information that I did not do.
