In - -, my wife and I disconnected our service with - - -. At the time, - - - issued us a refund for the funds that we had paid. A month later, - - tried to charge our credit card for another monthly payment, at which time we contacted customer support. We were told that they were unable to stop auto-payment and that they would refund the charge. After a month, the charge was not refunded so we asked our credit card company to cancel the payment. After cancelling the payment, - - sent us a debt collection due to the cancellation of the credit card charge. After speaking with - other people, we were reassured that the notice was sent in error. Finally after speaking to a - person, we were told that the notice was


After fighting with the company for 6 months, we agreed to pay a reduced amount to close the issue. On - -, -, we received a letter from yet another collection agency trying to collect on a - - debt. This time it was for an amount that we did not recognize and has never been billed to us at any time. We have responded to the collection agency yet again. This appears to be a common practice by - - of sending unsubstantiated debts to collection agencies. We have also dealt with an issue where - - tried to collect a debt from my wife for not returning her equipment despite the fact that she had a receipt from the day it was returned.
