Provided documents to chexsystems to give notice that this name has a common law copy right notice, aswell as a Notice of Intent Fee Schedule and Ucc Financing statement to show that said property belongs to a secured party. Chexsystems has blatantly disregarded these documents and continue to report negatively within their reporting system and making this public information to other financial institutions.
