Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Washington

Someone has been using my credit or SSN since -/-/-, in -/-/- I was -- years old and in - school in -, on my report it states have a - car loan in - from that same year??? Things like this should be investigated more since i was not even of age why is it reporting? another example is a home mortgage i have from -/-/- that is also reporting for a house that does not even exisit, this is just - of the many incorrect information being reported by the agencies along with bank accounts, payday loans, and medical bills all in my name most from before i was even -.
