Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
After returning an Item costing $80.00, in - 2016, which was not credited to my account until I called after having been charged a $24.00 late fee for 2 months, they then told me they never recieve my online payment. Never notified me and continued to accrue late fees until -. I spoke to the customer service cleared up the bill and all the late fees with my debit card and closed the account. They now bill me again for " late chages '' and when I called them they said they had the wrong Account number and never posted this new late fee to my checking account. The account I was assured was now at a - balance or they would not have closed it. I do not trust giving them anymore of my credit information as they refuse to give me a statement of account in writing.
