Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

When I applied for this payday loan through this company I was approved for -. The loan was for my school fees and supplies. I was told that I would have to - and that includes interest and the first payment towards my interest. I was fine with that so I proceed with the loan. When I went in to sign my documents I notice that I could not see the payment schedule or the interest rate sheet. I signed all of my documents and I received the funds. When It was time for the first payment, I payed everything. So I thought everything was okay. The next month they tried to process another payment on a different date, it was rejected because of lack of funds and received and overdraft charge. After this I logged into my account through them and found out that my amount had not went down, but it increase to -. I contacted the company and I asked them why where they doing this, why has n't my principle decreased and Why is my payback amount is so much. I was told because of the interest. I told her that it was unacceptable, and I was not told that information. I asked the customer service representative that I want to speak with the manager. She transferred me, I waited for two and a half hours waiting for the manager. I hung up and called back and explained again, I received the same respond but this time they hung up the phone. I tired to called back on a later date so I can try to work out this issue with them. I explained to them that I am in - school and my hours have been cut down because of the high demand of the program. I told them that I could pay a lower amount do that this issue can be resolved but I was met with threats of lawsuits and jail time. I just want this issue resolved and this stress off my back. This was the worst mistake of my life.
