This item appeared again on my credit report in - of - with a open account date of - - under the collection agency, - -, -, Account # -, this information was challenged and subsequently deleted as it is a re-aged account. Now, the information is once again showing on my - credit file report # - under the collection agency, Credence Resource Management with an open account date of -, -. I challenged the accuracy of this information as it is a re-aged account in -, - and I received an email confirming the investigation was completed and the credit collection will remain an open account with a date of -, - despite this information is a re-aged account. Credence Resource Management is reporting a re-aged account to my credit file which is a direct viloation of the FCRa. Please assist me with this matter as it has seriously damaged my credit score since it is showing as a new collection account and it is also going to remain on my credit file longer than legal because it is re-aged to - rather than the first date of delinquency in -.
