I have had my vehicle for - going on 4 Years and I have always been in good standing with my account on Thursday - - my vehicle was - due to a non payment back -/-/- a Year ago to my knowledge everything was up to date in between that year I have contacted the bank and have never been informed of this situation I was quoted my Pay off amount never received any correspondence via mail, Phone, or by email as well when I did contact and speak with representatives of the bank they were very cold, uncaring, and unwilling to try and help they just wanted the past due amount of one month I felt it was very unprofessional as well as very stressfulstressful and overwhelming for me which did not seem to matter to anyone no representatives ever tried to help give me any options or reassurance that we can resolve this issue and figure it out together exactly the opposite I felt bullied and like threatened that if " I did not get a payment in I could lose my vehicle and end up paying more '' per the representative. I understand it is a
have also felt a lot of miscommunication a lot of the times where - representative will say - thing and then someone else will say something different on occasions many representatives have made me feel more of a burden and troublesome rather than a customer and this is for doing what is requested by the bank to call if any issues or things with payments I have always kept promise to pay if at anytime I needed to change a scheduled payment due to repairs or unforseen expenses. I just wish I was treated more like a customer than just someone who has a car leased through the bank and all that matters is the Money or at least a little more courtesy than what I was given
