Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
About 6 month ago I applied for a secured Credit Card with Wells Fargo since I bank there for the last 4 years. I was approved and deposited $300.00 into the card. Since I have a - my mother is helping me with my monthly payments. On -/-/2016 I made a transfer in the amount of $45.00 from my checking account into the the secured credit card and got charged a $35.00 Overdraft Transfer fee. On -/-/2016 my mother made a $43.00 deposit into my checking account through the ATM, which was posted to my account on -. That means the bank was working with my money for 4 days before they transfered it into my checking account, which resulted for me to have a negative amount of $0.00 cents on my secured credit card, since I was unable to make a transfer deposit.
My account is now overdrawn by $71.00. On top of that the bank charged me another $10.00 annual fee on my secured credit card, that means my card is now overdrawn by $11.00 which probably result in another $35.00 fee on the next day. I was not aware of an annual fee and the bank never informed me before debiting my secured credit card. Since I am on - my Social Security payment comes into my account always on the - of each month. With now $82.00 in minus on both accounts together I am not able to pay my utility bills. It also means that the bank is now reporting an over the limit to the - credit bureaus on my secured credit card.
