- collections is reporting on my credit a medical collections account that IS PAID IN FULL AND WAS BEING PAID BY THE INSURANCE it can not legally report anything on my credit as I do n't have an account with them and Medical collections cant be reported if they are being paid by Insurance. They use the name carter young on - Credit report and the name - on my - report and have no name listed on - the account has a - balance and needs to be removed within the - days that they are allowed by the FDCPA as my right 1. I am requesting a FULL payment history 2. The contract that I have with - ( I do n't have one ) 3. The signed paper work req for me to waive my hippa rights. 4. The contract where this account was placed with - has -days as the law stats to validate this debt provide my in writing the the above information. If they fail to do so they have - options remove this account from my Credit File or face legal action.
