I do not really know what to select here. I could not find a way to contact Transunion about this problem without making a phone call which I am reluctant to do because I do not want others accidentally listening to my conversation. My problem is this : I can not freeze or unfreeze my credit report with Transunion without paying for their credit monitoring service. A cost of about $9.00 per month. I can freeze and unfreeze my credit reports with - and - for $3.00 per transaction. I want to know why Transunion does not offer this service. If this is going to continue to be the case, is there any way for me to keep my credit reports from going to Transunion altogether?
