Cred - Debt Recovery is the collection company that I have been dealing with to pay off a payday loan from -. I have been speaking with a representative named - - at extension -. - called me once at work and I asked him that day to not call me at work period that my work does not allow it and I ca n't discuss this inside the office that I work at period. I called - - - today because I had an arrangement to make my last payment. I was asking for an extension and the supervisor - that I spoke with told me that I basically lying about not being able to pay the debt and that he thought I just wanted to have a good weekend. He did not disclose to me that call was being recorded and did n't disclose the mini Miranda to me until the end of the call. They still tried to take a payment out of my account and - - at extension - called my work phone to tell me the payment declined. I told him that I have already told him I could not get calls at work. He said that he forgot because it 's been a while since we have spoke on the phone. I asked him if they noted their account and he said yeah but he just forgot. so not only was I accused of lying about not having the money but I also received a call at work after specifically telling - - that I could not get calls.
