Synchrony Bank has been charging me a " card security fee '' for payment protection services on my Lowes Card. They have apparently been charging me this fee for months and it totals hundreds of dollars. I know better than to sign up for payment protection - it 's almost always useless. I did not and do not consent to this. I spoke to a man on the phone who told me they can look into refunding me and that it might take one to two billing cycles. This is not acceptable. ALL CHARGES placed on my account for payment protection should be removed immediately.
