Big Picture Loans, LLC Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease Oklahoma
I took a loan out from Big Picture loans out of pure desperation. When I accepted the loan it appeared that I would have to pay back the $600.00 I originally borrowed and a $210.00 finance charge. Today I thought I was making my last payment but when I logged on it said I had another payment due on -/-/-. I called the company and basically all they could tell me is that I have yet to pay on my principal balance and I am paying the $210.00 finance fee over and over. They offered to settle with me which leads me to believe that they do this often and I am not the only one that finds the terms of this loan misleading. The first settlement offer was for the $810.00 which is the original $600.00 I borrowed plus the $210.00 fiance fee, I said no that does n't work and they offered to lower it to $600.00 and I again said I could not do that and they offered to settle for $360.00. After digging around on the confusing and misleading website, I found that they are charging me 967.591 % interest. That means I owe them around $3600.00! The - different women I talked to when I called never mentioned anything about interest, only kept referencing the $210.00 finance fee that I have paid 4 times now. I understand that they have a business to run and families to feed but this is ridiculous. They are taking advantage of people desperate to make ends meet. I feel totally bamboozled and ripped off. I have no idea what I am going to do.
